the key to an affective life is FOCUS – like a laser, the stronger the focus, the more concentrated the focus, the more power the laser has. And when we focus our life on one or two or three things that really matter most, our life will be effective. The problem is most of us have very unfocused lives. So we’re trying to do a hundred things at the same time and think they’re all of equal value when they’re not, not at all. So an unfocused life causes us to get overloaded and brings stress. The more you focus the more you center in on what really matters.
